A. Orders are processed quickly after confirmation, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

A. We offer a 7-day return policy. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
A. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
* Unworn and unused
* With original tags attached
* In original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase
A. For returns not due to defects or incorrect items, return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
Returns sent via cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us.
A. For returns due to customer preference:
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
For defective or incorrect items, a full refund including shipping fees will be issued.
A. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are limited to the same product (e.g., size exchanges only).
The store reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, stained, or carry odors such as perfume, sweat, food, or milk.
For exchanges due to customer preference, customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs. If the item is defective or incorrect, all exchange shipping costs will be covered by us.
Alternatively, you may return the item and place a new order for faster processing.

We recommend choosing your child’s usual size for a relaxed, roomy fit.
If you prefer a more fitted look, you may consider sizing down.
