1. OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through our website. This website is operated by Trevati Co., Ltd., the official distributor of KKRRRRR in Thailand. All returns and exchanges are processed through our local operation center in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
2. RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and the nature of children's apparel, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Items with removed or altered tags/labels.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at kkrrrrr.th@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
**Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Returns sent via cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.**
5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (DEFECTS)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please note that minor variations in color (due to monitor settings) and fabric texture are not considered manufacturing defects, as described in our Terms of Service.
**For defective or incorrect items, all shipping costs (including return shipping) will be covered by us.**
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
**For exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., size), customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, exchange shipping costs will be covered by us.**
7. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
**For returns due to customer preference, original shipping fees are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, a full refund including shipping fees will be issued.**
