All orders are subject to product availability. Items are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all provinces within the Kingdom of Thailand. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at kkrrrrr.th@gmail.com before placing an order.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Thai public holidays) after payment confirmation. A notification email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days (Bangkok and vicinity may be faster; remote areas/islands may take longer)
- Free Shipping: May be offered on orders above a certain amount as specified in current promotions
5. Carriers
We partner with reliable local couriers including Flash Express, Kerry Express, and Thailand Post.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
7. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with building management or neighbors first, then contact the courier directly.
8. Damaged Items During Transit
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately at kkrrrrr.th@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Taxes & Duties
Since products are shipped locally from within Thailand by Trevati Co., Ltd., no additional import duties or customs fees are charged for domestic deliveries.
Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Period
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and the nature of children's apparel, the following cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Items with removed or altered tags/labels
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Personalized or custom-made products
3. Return Process
To start a return, contact us at kkrrrrr.th@gmail.com. If accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.

- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
**Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Returns sent via cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.**
4. Damages and Defects
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please note that minor variations in color (due to monitor settings) and fabric texture are not considered manufacturing defects.
**For defective or incorrect items, all shipping costs (including return shipping) will be covered by us.**
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
**For exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., size), customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, exchange shipping costs will be covered by us.**
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
**For returns due to customer preference, original shipping fees are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, a full refund including shipping fees will be issued.**
